3Are your insured?

Yes, all our cleaners are W2 employees covered by our general liability and worker’s compensation insurance.

4Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

No, you don't have to provide anything. We bring our own fragrance-free, EPA-certified green cleaning supplies and tools such as allergy-friendly HEPA vacuum cleaners to every appointment.

5What areas do you serve?

6How much do your cleaning services cost?

Our pricing depends on the size of your home and the type of cleaning service you require. For an accurate quote, please request a free estimate through our website or give us a call.

Yes, all our cleaning services are performed with green, fragrance-free EPA-certified cleaning products with certifications such as Design for the Environment (DfE), Safer Choice, and Green Seal.

9Can I customize my cleaning service?

Yes, please inform us of your requests so we know how we can impress you on our visit. While we may not be able to accommodate all requests, we will make our best effort to do so. Add-ons including by not limited to refrigerator cleaning, oven cleaning and dishwasher cleaning may incur additional costs.

For residential cleaning, we are unable to accommodate a request for a special cleaning product to be used.

10What payment methods do you accept?

We require a credit card on file for all bookings. Payments are charged via our payment processor, Stripe.

11What cleaning products do you use?

The cleaning products we use include Focus MP11 multipurpose cleaner, Focus GC55 glass cleaner, Focus TC66 Tub & Tile Cleaner, IPAX Green Bowl Cleaner and Vital Oxide disinfectant.
