Greenland Pro Cleaning LLC is a generalist home and commercial cleaner. We take pride in our work and aim to impress with our services. Despite our best efforts, our abilities may not exceed the quality offered by more specialized cleaners, including but not limited to commercial oven and restaurant cleaners, exterior window cleaners, chandelier and ceiling fixture cleaners, carpet cleaners, and tile and grout cleaners.
Pets
For the safety of our cleaners, we require that pets such as dogs be crated or kept in a room that will not be cleaned, and with a note on the door denoting an animal is inside.
Expectations
Clients are expected to read our checklist for the service they have booked. Our checklists are designed to give customers an accurate view of the services we provide. If something is not listed here that you would like addressed, please communicate via our web forms or with one of our representatives before the day of your booking so that we may adequately address your needs.
Limitation of services
Greenland Pro Cleaning LLC does not serve locations involving industrial hazards, biohazards or infestation. The company is also unable to serve properties affected by mold, fire, flooding or natural disasters. The company does not serve locations affected by hoarding. The company reserves the right to refuse service to properties at its discretion for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, unrestrained pets, or harassment by tenants.
Cancellation policy
To ensure timely service for our clients, we require at least 48 hours notice from the client for penalty-free cancellation. Clients who cancel less than 48 hours before the time of service will be charged 50% of the service cost or $50, whichever is greater.
Cancellation due to illness
Maintaining healthy spaces is our top priority. To keep you and our employees safe, Greenland Pro Cleaning LLC reserves the right to cancel cleanings due to sick staff members. The customer is not responsible for payment for cancellations due to sick staff members. In the event of a cancellation due to sick staff members, your appointment will be rescheduled at your convenience. If you or a member of your household is ill, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.
Harassment policy
The wellbeing, happiness and safety of our staff and contractors is of utmost importance. To ensure this, the company reserves the right to immediately terminate service at any time due to harassment, threats or verbal abuse by the tenant, homeowner or other people at the location of or during the time of service. Jobs terminated due to harassment will incur a fee up to 100% of the quoted amount for the service.
Satisfaction guarantee
If a client is unsatisfied with the quality of their service, they must communicate tasks missed during the final walkthrough of the property immediately following service completion.
If the client is not present for a walkthrough after their service, tasks missed must be communicated via email to support@greenlandprocleaning, or via phone or voicemail at (828) 579-5732 within 24 hours after the completion of service.
Clients must clearly communicate each task missed during this time window. A detailed voicemail or email with your name, date of service and callback number left during this time window is sufficiently detailed to qualify for one callback service at no charge.
Consent to photographs for internal use
By booking with Greenland Pro Cleaning LLC, you consent to capturing of images of the property by mobile device by the owner, staff members or contractors of Greenland Pro Cleaning LLC. The purpose of these images are to provide proof of service completion and proof of service quality. These images are for internal use only and will not be shared externally without written authorization by the client.
